IIH seems to be some ingenious techniques developed/received by Bardon set against the background of esoteric culture and trends of that time, even if it was influenced by other Czech occult currents. Bardon did incorporate into his system whatever occult material he had access to at the time, but this is much more visible in his PME and KTQ. The whole of Bardon's work is very inventive and something that, according to Bardon's own words, was not to be found in any other occult book at the time, so the contrary to your opinion seems to be the case.
